Embracing the beauty of land, lake & community

Miss Queenstown brings together beauty, presence, intelligence, communication and purpose within a shared journey of personal and professional development.Queenstown is the place where people, nature and adventure meet against one of the world's most remarkable landscapes. From this setting, Miss Queenstown brings together women from across New Zealand to develop their capabilities, share their stories and represent themselves with confidence.Every participant arrives with a different background, perspective and ambition. The programme provides a structured pathway through which these individual qualities can be developed and expressed through public presence. The journey brings together training in physical presentation, communication, media, personal narrative, image and pageantry, alongside opportunities to practise these skills in increasingly public and demanding environments.Through the programme, participants develop greater confidence in how they move, communicate, respond, present themselves and engage with others. The result is a woman who is increasingly prepared to step into public-facing opportunities with clarity, composure and a strong sense of herself.-------------------------------------THE CANDIDATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMEMiss Queenstown offers a progressive development pathway to selected individuals who wish to build the capabilities associated with high-level pageantry and public representation.Training brings together interconnected areas of development, including:• Physical Presence & Movement• Stage Performance• Communication & High-Pressure Response• Media & Public Profile• Personal Narrative & Identity• Image & Visual Presentation• Purpose & Advocacy• Pageant & Competition LiteracyParticipants progress through practical instruction, guided practice, feedback and increasingly demanding applications of their skills.FOUNDATION
